Mines are unglamorous but critical strategic assets in void warfare. These deploy and forget, autonomous munitions can loiter for years, silently awaiting an unsuspecting victim. The UFM-13 is the UCMF’s standard type, packing tons of high-grade, conventional explosives wrapped in 10m long, carbon-steel darts. Millions have already been deployed into hostile space, and unlike the dumb munitions of the ancient past, these are configured to only engage non-encoded shipping. They feature EM-shielded cores, advanced sensors, and short-burn micro-drives to thrust into a better killing position before detonation.These greatly add to the look and feel of your fleet and are now available with unique designs for each faction.
